Foreign nationals who wish to live and work in Japan without any restriction on their period of stay must obtain the status of residence of “Permanent Resident.”

Permanent residence offers many benefits, including no requirement to renew the period of stay and no restrictions on employment. However, applications are subject to strict examination criteria, including the applicant’s residence history and tax payment record.

Our office carefully reviews each client’s circumstances and recommends the most appropriate application strategy, taking into account the likelihood of obtaining permanent residence.

In the unlikely event that your application for permanent residence is denied, we will prepare and submit a new application at no additional professional fee.

If there is no reasonable prospect of approval even after reapplying, we will refund the full amount of the professional fees paid, excluding actual expenses, in accordance with our refund policy.

Full Support Plan

This plan allows you to leave as much of the process as possible to our office, from collecting the required documents through submitting the application.

※ The professional fees listed above do not include actual expenses such as transportation, communication, official document procurement, or translation costs.

Standard Plan

Our most popular plan. You prepare the required documents, and our office handles the preparation of the application documents, submission to the Regional Immigration Services Bureau, and any necessary post-submission procedures.

Light Plan

This plan is designed for clients who wish to reduce application costs. We provide guidance on the required documents and review the complete application package prepared by the client. The client is responsible for submitting the application to the Regional Immigration Services Bureau.

Service Flow

• Inquiry

  First, please contact us by telephone or through our contact form to schedule a free consultation.

• Free Consultation

  The free consultation will be held at our office or online via Zoom. During the consultation, we will review your circumstances and explain any matters requiring confirmation, potential concerns regarding the application, the scope of our services, and the applicable fees.

• Application for Services

  Your engagement will become official once you have signed our application form and paid the initial fee, which is 50% of the professional fee. The Light Plan must be paid in full in advance.

• Guidance on Required Documents

  Based on the information you provide, we will prepare a list of the documents you need to obtain.

• Collection of Required Documents

  Once you have collected the required documents, please send them to our office.

• Preparation of Application Documents

  We will prepare the application documents based on the information and supporting documents you provide.

• Review of the Complete Application Package

  We will review the complete application package for missing documents, incomplete information, and errors.

• Signature and Seal

  After reviewing the contents, you will be asked to sign the application form.

• Submission of the Application

  We will submit the application to the relevant Regional Immigration Services Bureau in person or online. Once the application has been submitted, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the professional fee, the applicable government fees, and any other actual expenses.

• Receipt of the Application Result

  The Regional Immigration Services Bureau will issue notification of the application result. In the unlikely event that the application is denied, we will either reapply at no additional professional fee or refund the professional fees paid, excluding actual expenses, in accordance with our refund policy.

• Collection of the Residence Card (Full Support Plan Only)

  We will visit the relevant Regional Immigration Services Bureau to collect your Residence Card.
