The Specified Skilled Worker Visa involves numerous requirements and considerations, including not only the eligibility of the foreign national but also the requirements of the accepting employer, employment conditions, and support arrangements.

At our office, we review the employer’s acceptance arrangements and employment conditions prior to application, and provide comprehensive support ranging from identifying the required documents and preparing application forms to submitting the application to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.

Whether you are inviting a foreign national from overseas, transitioning from Technical Intern Training to Specified Skilled Worker status, or changing employers due to a job transfer, we will recommend the most appropriate application procedure based on your individual circumstances.

Our Guarantee Program

To ensure that our clients can use our services with confidence, we offer a guarantee program.

In the unlikely event that your Specified Skilled Worker Visa application is denied, we will prepare and submit a reapplication at no additional charge.

If, after reviewing the circumstances, we determine that there is no reasonable prospect of approval even with a reapplication, we will refund the full professional fee you paid, excluding any actual expenses incurred, in accordance with our refund policy.

Full Support Plan

This plan is designed for clients who would like our office to handle as much of the process as possible, from collecting the required documents to submitting the application.

* Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will not charge any professional fees other than those quoted at the time of engagement. You can therefore proceed with confidence.
* The fees listed above do not include actual expenses such as transportation costs, communication expenses, fees for obtaining official documents, or translation fees.
* Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

Standard Plan

Our most popular plan. You prepare the required documents, and our office handles everything from preparing the application documents and submitting the application to the Immigration Services Agency to responding to any matters that arise after submission.

* Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will not charge any professional fees other than those quoted at the time of engagement. You can therefore proceed with confidence.
* The fees listed above do not include actual expenses such as transportation costs, communication expenses, fees for obtaining official documents, or translation fees.
* Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

Light Plan

This plan is designed for clients who wish to reduce costs and handle the application themselves. We will provide guidance on the required documents and review the complete set of application documents prepared by you. The application must be submitted to the Immigration Services Agency by the applicant.

• Free Consultation

  We offer a free consultation either at our office or online via Zoom. During the consultation, we will discuss your circumstances, review any important considerations or potential concerns regarding your application, and explain our services and fee structure.

• Application and Engagement

  Your application will be considered formally accepted upon signing our engagement agreement and paying a retainer fee equal to 50% of the professional fee. Please note that the Light Plan requires full payment in advance.

• Guidance on Required Documents

  Based on the information you provide, we will prepare a customized list of the documents required for your application.

• Collection of Required Documents

  Once you have gathered the required documents listed for your application, please send them to our office for review and processing.

• Preparation of Application Documents

  We will prepare the application documents based on the information and supporting documents you provide.

• Review of Application Documents

  We will carefully review the entire application package to ensure that there are no missing documents, incomplete information, or errors in the application materials.

• Signature and Seal

  After reviewing the contents of the application, you will be asked to sign the application forms.

• Application Submission

  We will submit the application to the appropriate regional office of the Immigration Services Agency, either in person or online. Once the application has been submitted, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the professional fee, any applicable government fees, and other actual expenses.

• Receipt of Application Results

  The Immigration Services Agency will issue notification of the application result. In the unlikely event that the application is denied, we will either submit a reapplication at no additional charge or refund the professional fee, excluding actual expenses, in accordance with our refund policy.

• Collection of Residence Card (Full Support Plan Only)

  We will visit the appropriate regional office of the Immigration Services Agency to collect your Residence Card on your behalf.
