Work Visa Application Services

In principle, foreign nationals who wish to work in Japan must obtain an appropriate status of residence, commonly referred to as a Work Visa, that matches their job duties.

There are various types of Work Visas depending on the applicant’s job duties and activities, including Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services, Highly Skilled Professional, Intra-company Transferee, and Skilled Labor.

Our office provides support for obtaining, renewing, and changing Work Visas, with a particular focus on Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services, one of the most common categories we handle.

We also recommend the most suitable application procedure based on each client’s circumstances, including applications for a Certificate of Eligibility for entry into Japan, Change of Status of Residence applications for those already in Japan, and Extension of Period of Stay applications.

Our Guarantee Program

To ensure that our clients can use our services with confidence, we offer a guarantee program.

In the unlikely event that a Work Visa application handled by our office is denied, we will prepare and submit a new application at no additional charge.

Furthermore, if we determine that approval is unlikely even after reapplication, we will provide a full refund of our professional fees in accordance with our refund policy (excluding actual expenses and government fees).

Full Support Plan

This plan allows you to leave as much of the process as possible to our office, from collecting the required documents to submitting the application.

* Unless there are special circumstances, we do not charge any additional professional fees beyond the amount quoted at the time of engagement. You can use our services with confidence.
* The fees listed above do not include actual expenses such as transportation costs, communication expenses, fees for obtaining official documents, or translation fees.
* Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

Standard Plan

This is our most popular plan. You prepare the required documents, and our office handles everything from preparing the application documents to submitting the application to the Immigration Services Agency and responding to any requests after submission.

* Unless there are special circumstances, we do not charge any additional professional fees beyond the amount quoted at the time of engagement. You can use our services with confidence.
* The fees listed above do not include actual expenses such as transportation costs, communication expenses, fees for obtaining official documents, or translation fees.
* Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

Light Plan

This plan is designed for clients who wish to keep costs to a minimum. We will provide guidance on the required documents and review the complete set of application materials prepared by you. The application must be submitted to the Immigration Services Agency by the applicant.

  To get started, please contact us by phone or through our contact form to schedule a free consultation.

• Free Consultation

  We offer free consultations either at our office or online via Zoom. During the consultation, we will review your situation, discuss any requirements or potential concerns regarding your application, and explain our services and fees.

• Application

  Your application will be considered officially accepted upon signing our engagement agreement and paying a retainer fee equal to 50% of the professional fee. Please note that the Light Plan requires full payment in advance.

• Required Documents Guidance

  Based on the information you provide, we will prepare a list of the documents required for your application.

• Required Documents Collection

  Once you have prepared the required documents listed for your application, please send them to our office for review.

• Application Document Preparation

  We will prepare the application documents based on the information and supporting documents you provide.

• Review of Application Documents

  We will review the entire set of application documents to ensure that all required documents are included, the information is complete, and there are no errors or omissions.

• Signature and Seal

  After reviewing the completed application documents, you will be asked to sign the application form.

• Application Submission

  We will submit the application to the appropriate Immigration Services Agency office, either in person or online. Once the application has been submitted, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the professional fee (50%), any applicable government fees, and other actual expenses.

• Receipt of Application Result

  In the unlikely event that your application is denied, we will submit a new application at no additional charge under our Guarantee Program. If approval is still considered unlikely after reapplication, we will provide a full refund of the professional fees you have paid, excluding actual expenses, in accordance with our refund policy.

• Residence Card Collection (Full Support Plan Only)

  We will visit the appropriate Immigration Services Agency office to collect your Residence Card on your behalf.
